I'm thinking of re-rolling a new class with GU6 coming out next week, as I'm a tad bored with my Necro. I already have a LOT of time invested in my WoW Warlock and playing the same kind of class in a different MMO is not the best idea.
So, I'm thinking of rolling a DK and running him through the Isle of Dawn!
I get the massive 2-H and armor fun, but still have some nifty magic spells

I wholeheartedly recommend the DK. There is no personal bias here... nope none! /em looks over his shoulder to scan for the presence of personal bias...

How Awesome, GU6 is out! and it doesn't work! I can't even get into the game. I downloaded the patch yesterday and could not even log in. I waited and tried this morning, no connections. I read the official support forums, no info. I posted messages asking for help.... no response. I don't see one official SOE person responding to anyone's questions for help to login. I also don't see many responses from other players that they can get in. I'm really dissapointed, didn't they even have ppl try it to make sure the patch even worked? i'm sure they did, but there are obviously massive problems.....
I can get in, but I crash fast. I was able to get to the New isle area, there were a ton of people running around, but I keep crashing. When I sign in with my main, I still crash and I am in less populated areas. It does seem like there is something wrong. But I'm they will work it out.

So I have updated my video card drivers and defaulted all of my settings. Someone also suggested on the forums that you try playing in windowed mode, so doing that too, and I can play now since the patch. So far so good.
